  We collect and process data from a range of individuals, including those who have booked our services, and those who have expressed an interest in using our services.  We also collect information when you voluntarily complete customer surveys or provide feedback.

  When you make a booking with us, we collect and process your name and postal address under the lawful processing of contract.  We also collect and process email address and telephone number under the lawful processing of legitimate interest.

  How will we use the information about you?

  The information collected when you book our services is required to ensure you get the most benefit from our services, and allow us to contact you in the event of any changes in arrangements.

  We use information collected from the website to get an idea of best performing web pages.

  If you have used our services, we will keep your data for a period of 18 months after your last activity. After this, your data will be archived for seven years and then securely disposed of.
